Daniel currently serves as a Director of Human Resources at Community Trust Company (CTC). We asked him a few questions regarding HR policies and what drives his passion for HR.1) How did you get started in HR?Daniel started off as an HR Co-ordinator in the hospitality industry, driven by the belief that it is essential to align business and people strategies. This way he/she can be knowledgeable and develop practices which are in line with an ever-changing work landscape. Also – don’t be afraid of taking on new challenges or projects.
