2020 has undoubtedly been a call-out year with COVID-19 impacting every aspect of our personal and professional lives. It has changed the type of care we sought after, the way we did it and its overall availability.

Because of this the co-operative has recorded a $5.9M dividend - the largest divided ever recorded in its history. This represents premiums that will be refunded directly back to our clients and increases Beneplan's total refunds to date to an incredible $26.21M.
